Along with the expert knowledge and skill of the instructors, dealing with RTS on the administrative end has always been easy work. Tracy and Scott truly care about customer service and have provided exceptional understanding when it comes to working with our purchasing policies and procedures that a State Agency must follow. They have always been available at any time, most of the time being after hours, to help make student roster changes and have provided quick turnaround and accurate invoicing. Thanks to our training

We had our first water rescue tonight. Vehicle ran off a bridge into a flooded creek. Thanks to our training, we safely extricated him from the vehicle and got him to shore in neck deep water.
